Fast Weight Loss – Drew Carey Drops 80lbs

Drew Carey has lost around 80 pounds by going on strict no-carb diet.

Carey said “I have cheated a couple times, but basically no carbs, not even a cracker. No bread at all. No pizza, nothing. No corn, no beans, no starches of any kind. Egg whites in the morning or like, Greek yogurt, cut some fruit.”

Carey also went on the record as saying that he drinks nothing but water and does alot of cardio work. He does 45 minutes of cardio a day, five or six times a week.

Carey is down to a size 33-34 and says he wants to lose about another 10 pounds so he can fit into a pair of 32 inch jeans.

A low carb diet is a diet program that many top celebrity’s go on in order to lose weight fast.

Low carb dieting is not new and has been around for many years.  Nowadays low fat diets are the norm, but if you take out the fats you lose the flavour and thats where the low car diet can help. Cut out the carbs and the body then has to convert the fats.

The first few days of a low carb diet are the hardest because the body will usually crave carbs. Most people can crave carbohydrates and they don’t realise this until they try to cut them out.
